Meet Tabitha Goldsmith, your Life & Health Coach. As a mom of eight, trauma-informed foster/adoptive parent, business owner, and competitive body builder, Tabitha truly understands the challenges of balancing multiple priorities. A lover of pizza, chocolate, and wine, she advocates for a balanced life, not a restricted one.

Tabitha graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Health Promotion and Rehabilitation/Dietetics, and boasts 22 years of experience in the fitness industry. From corporate wellness to in-home training clients, group fitness, and nutritional consulting, Tabitha has done it all. She's walked the path you're currently on and is here to support you every step of the way - you're not alone in this journey!

I am 47 years old and I think of myself as healthy. I exercise for at least 30 minutes every single day and have for many years, whether it's walking, high intensity cardio, or running. I have never really needed to watch what I eat, but was always able to maintain my weight with good exercise, habits, and reasonable self-control. Over the course of the last 4 to 5 years, I have added 5 - 7 pounds of weight that made me feel a big difference on my frame. No matter what I did, what I ate, how I exercised, it would not come off. After gaining 50 lbs in my early thirties I tried everything to lose the weight. I bought a Fitbit, got a personal trainer, bought a smart scale, tried Beachbody workouts, tried veganism -you name it, I tried it. And nothing worked. I got so tired of body-shaming myself and trying desperately to lose weight, so I decided to just accept my new bigger body the way it was. And that was good for my mental health. But after a while, I began to miss feeling healthy. And I knew I needed to make some lifestyle changes so I could not only feel healthy but be healthy as I get older. The problem was, I knew exactly how to lose weight, but I still couldn’t do it. After hearing Tabitha describe her new coaching program, I figured I’d give this one last thing a try. About a week into the program, I knew this was exactly what I was looking for. Tabitha’s mind-body-spirit approach is magical. It’s not just about diet and exercise. It’s about the mindset you have throughout life. Which is 100% what I needed. I didn’t need just a 12-week healthy meal plan and workout regimen. I needed to learn strategies to develop new and lasting habits so that I can continue to be healthy for the rest of my life. At the end of the 12 weeks, not only had I lost 22 inches and 17 pounds, but I had hope. I now have the tools I need to continue making healthy decisions that align with my goals. I know that some days I will fail and some days I’ll succeed. And there’s no finish line on this journey. "Almost 8 years ago I was officially diagnosed with chronic generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder, due to this and some of my triggers I had developed a 'bad' relationship with food and exercise. I was either obsessing over what I ate or going all in with fun food, there was no in-between. After having my second baby right at the start of the pandemic, I had gained some weight and have been trying for the past 12 months to get it off, however I always found myself starting and stopping programs.
